Clinics only sterilize stray animals; owned animals are not treated.
If possible, ensure the stray animal has not eaten anything for 8 hours before the operation and bring it in a suitable carrier.
Appointments are made by the Animal Health Branch Directorate.
Only one appointment per day can be made at one facility.
The specified appointment times refer to the operation start times.
Animals to be brought for sterilization must be brought to the designated unit at least 20 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Appointments will be cancelled if the scheduled time is missed. If you cannot attend your appointment for any reason, you must cancel it at least one day in advance. Otherwise, a 15-day restriction will be applied.
