Izmir Metropolitan Municipality, which holds the title of Women-Friendly City, operates four Women's Solidarity Centers (KDM) in Hatay, Örnekköy, Kadifekale, and Agora. These centers provide psychological and legal counseling, social service support, and referral and application services as part of the fight against violence against women. To support women's awareness of their rights, their social and economic empowerment, and their participation in social life, the centers organize women's health training, professional development courses, awareness campaigns, and cultural, artistic, and solidarity workshops.

In this context, activities such as Zumba, creative drama, reading clubs, and English and German conversation clubs support women's personal development, social interaction, and participation in cultural life. The centers aim to facilitate women's access to the support mechanisms they need and to strengthen women's solidarity.
