Application Requirements

• Must reside in Izmir

• Personal Care Service:Once every two weeks, our fellow citizen's personal care services such as bathing and nail trimming are provided.
• Hairdressing Service:Once a month, our fellow citizen's hair and beard are shaved.
• House Cleaning Service:Once every five weeks, a general cleaning of our fellow citizen's home is performed.
• Minor Repair Service:Repairs are made to minor malfunctions in our fellow citizen's home, such as electrical outlets, lamps, sink and shower installations, etc.

1. Application Process: Our fellow citizens 153'ü By calling the Citizen Communication Center, the citizen requests to benefit from Home Care Services.
2. Application Evaluation:Social investigation teams conduct home visits and evaluate the citizen's requests.
3. Service Planning:After the evaluation, the services deemed appropriate are determined, and a visit plan is created by contacting the citizen.
4. Service Provision:Home visits are conducted periodically to meet the citizen's needs.

The applicant will be contacted and informed one day before the household visit as part of the social investigation.

Cleaning services cannot be provided if there is an individual in the household who is capable of doing housework or if the total household income exceeds the specified limit.

The visit time is confirmed by contacting the person one day before the home visit. If the person is unavailable or wishes to postpone the appointment, the service entitlement is not cancelled but is transferred to the next date according to the periodic cycle of the relevant service.

(Example: Since personal care service is provided every two weeks, for our fellow citizen who does not wish to receive service on May 10th or is unavailable, the next appointment date is scheduled for May 24th.)

Individuals can benefit from some or all of the services offered, depending on their needs.

If the total household income exceeds the specified limit, minor repair services cannot be provided.
