Bizİzmir Assistant — Protection of Personal Data

Bizİzmir Assistant is an AI-based helper. The questions you type and the answers provided are recorded in association with your account by the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality for the purposes of providing the service, improving its quality and ensuring security, and are automatically deleted after 180 days. Please do not enter special-category/sensitive personal data such as your national ID number, health information or passwords into the chat.

I give my explicit consent for my questions to be processed by the artificial intelligence service provider and, where necessary, transferred abroad so that they can be answered.
